Claims for returns or cancellations can be communicated via phone. In the claim the customer states the reason for the claim. We reserve the right not to accept the claim of the buyer, if the grounds for his/her complaint are found to be unreasonable. The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it (as new), without being unsealed or the package being violated, just before the sale, as the full original packaging. The refund to the customer will be completed within ninety (90) days from the date we receive the product.
